An Interview with Andy Roger of Cameron House

We have worked with Chris and his team at CGA since 2016. They have been proactive in their suggestions to keep the AV system at Hyatt Regency London – The Churchill current and continue to design it with the evolving needs of our clients and team in mind. We are always pleased with the quality of the AV systems they install.

It was imperative that the audio system installed by CGA blended visually with the interior design created by Russell Sage and reflected the quality of everything we deliver for our guests here at The Goring. Chris and his team have worked hard to successfully achieve this result.

We are really pleased with the AV in the Ballroom, it helps us to deliver the experience our guests expect at Cameron House in this new space, enabling us to effortlessly offer facilities for much larger events and functions.

We are pleased to still be working with CGA who designed and installed the original AV at Coworth. They have continued to support our AV requirements since opening, developing them sympathetically whilst ensuring we keep our technology current.

We are delighted with how the sound system enhances the overall ambience of Cameron House.  The AV systems CGA have designed and installed in the event spaces have enabled us to be at the cutting edge of modern requirements, without visually impacting on our beautifully designed interiors.

As a result of the pandemic, the requirements for meetings and events hosted by hotels has evolved and the search for hybrid solutions has become stronger. The work we have done with CGA on this project will ensure that Hyatt Regency London – The Churchill is ready and equipped to address these changing requirements, as we emerge from Lockdown and welcome our guests back both in person and remotely.

CGA have delivered a sound system that has enhanced the new ANA spa experience and complemented the refurbished communal areas of our hotel, we are delighted with the result.

Bliss is all about creating an experience to delight and surprise. We want our guest’s experience to be different but equally memorable each and every time they visit. To deliver this, every aspect of their sensory experience needs to blend together and that’s why we appointed CGA Integration to ensure that the sound systems they designed and installed delivered the emotional impact we demanded.

Working with CGA has given us a great return on investment. The sound system they designed and installed for The Balcon eight years ago has been easily adapted to create superior sound throughout Wild Honey St James. It was greatly beneficial making that initial investment with CGA.

The sound across both Sette and Nolita Social Lounge is amazing, it really helps to immerse guests into two very distinct experiences. The easy to use control panels also enable our staff to control the levels of music in different areas, helping to create different atmospheres in these distinct venues at the same time.

The sound system CGA has installed delivers a wonderful sound and has given us great flexibility across the hotel.

It was important to create the right atmosphere in this area, as it is the first experience guests have of our hotel.  CGA have designed and installed a sound system that both works well with the interior design and provides us with the flexibility we need for the way this space will be used.

1 Aldwych first opened its doors twenty years ago and now was the right time to update the hotel to create a superbly comfortable, modern, sophisticated venue to once again set the benchmark in hotel design. CGA have helped us to deliver this throughout, with an AV system that creates the right atmosphere in each area; providing a great sounding, flexible system which is easy for staff to use.

It is becoming essential that conference venues and meeting rooms are compatible with the growing trend of BYOD and mobile technology. At Hyatt, we need to ensure that our facilities can operate in a flexible way; allowing delegates to connect and collaborate seamlessly and wirelessly from any device, without the need for dedicated hardware or a lengthy setup process.  The AV systems CGA Integration have installed have enabled us to deliver this capability to all our guests.

It is vital that our guests are able to hear clear commentary throughout the polo matches. The new sound system CGA has installed has delivered both this and the flexibility to accommodate other prestigious events that we hold throughout the year.

CGA Integration were the obvious choice to install the sound in Hans’ Bar & Grill, as we had worked with them before and had been very pleased with the results. We now have a fully integrated sound system from the lobby through to the new bar and restaurant, which is easy to operate and helps to create the right atmosphere for our guests.

When we realised the difference changing the sound system made to the reception area of the hotel, we wanted to extend the benefit to other key areas. The AV systems CGA have installed in our meeting rooms ensure that our guests can benefit from the latest developments in technology with the added advantage to us of remote support from CGA.

CGA have installed a flexible quality sound system with future proof technology, which complements our hotel’s desire to offer all guests sophisticated venue spaces with modern facilities.

CGA Integration have installed sound systems which deliver both excellent quality sound and ease of operation, through ensuring consistency across multiple Dishoom venues. This means that staff are familiar with the systems operation irrespective of which Dishoom they are working in.

It’s really important for us to create beautiful restaurants with unique stories for our customers. Sound is a critical part of ensuring that our customers are fully immersed in the Dishoom experience; complementing the deep love we have for Bombay’s culture, heritage and food. We have been delighted with the audio systems designed and installed by CGA Integration in Dishoom Carnaby and Dishoom King’s Cross so they were the natural choice for us when opening inEdinburgh and they didn’t disappoint.

Whist developing SPAShell we knew we needed the AV to be installed in a unique way and yet still deliver a great sound. It needed to complement the brand values delivered by all Spa Creators ventures. We approached CGA as we have worked with them before and value their problem solving approach and resulting sound system quality, true to form, the music in the Fishmore Hall SPAshell sounds great!

CGA Integration have designed and installed a balanced, great sounding system, which you can hear clearly whilst still being conducive to conversation. Music is such an important element in delivering the unique buzz and vibe of Dishoom but equally our customers want to be able to easily hold a conversation, CGA have got the balance just right.

The glory of Chalgrove Church is that it is a country church, which has always sought to serve this village and neighbourhood. In the future, with the installation of this new sound system by CGA Integration, its heritage can be shared and valued so much more widely. The system is easy to use and very flexible. It enhances the worship for all members of our congregations and the experience of others who use the church, such as our local primary school and village groups.

Dining in Dishoom is very much a multisensory experience; we’d like to think that the restaurants have a unique buzz and vibrancy. CGA Integration have designed and installed an audio system which helps create this, blending with the interior design whilst fulfilling the requirements of a listed site and generating a fantastic sound for the customers to enjoy.

The audio enhances the total experience we want our customers to receive at The Perfectionists’ Café. CGA have used a digital sound processor to ensure that all three speaker sets work together to seamlessly blend the sound across all areas, so no matter where you go you experience the same great sound. We are all very pleased with the result.

We have been delighted with the sound system that CGA have designed and installed. The audio quality really helps to create the right atmosphere here and simple wall mounted controls allow our staff to adjust the sound to an optimal level which reflects trading conditions.

Having previously worked with CGA, I know how they can transform a venue using well designed sound. The Spa at Coworth Park is all about an eco-luxury approach to relaxation and health affirmation, which we wanted to reflect, not only with the quality of our audio, but also sourcing. CGA Integration have demonstrated their in depth expertise, with not only a superlative system, but also incredible attention to low carbon sourcing and waste control. They should be proud that a behind the scenes system is so headline worthy.

The completed project used cutting edge technology to solve so many issues for us in one go: improving security both inside and out; meeting the needs of those with hearing difficulties; creative use of new media opportunities on the internet; enhancing sound provision and flexibility for services and concerts; the ability to record special services such as weddings and baptisms. We are delighted with the results! With such a modern facility in a historic building, we are able to keep our worship relevant and accessible to so many more in our community.

We’re very pleased with the smooth installation of the project and the huge difference it has made to the services. The induction loop now works and is fantastic. Operation has been made very simple for us.
