Current touch screen and iPad technology allows us to make control surfaces designed around your venue, team members, and even the terminology you use.  For example when you press the “mic for speech button”, we can link it to do many things like; lower the music volume, unmute the microphone and engage a feedback filter, so your team don’t need to worry about operating the technology, they can continue to focus on delivering great customer service to your guests.

To support your team further, the AV systems that CGA install offer remote support.  When they are asked to do something more, get out of their depth, or if the system does not respond as they would expect, we can connect remotely, in real-time, to check and advise them on what to do, or even resolve the problem ourselves before it becomes an issue with your event.
