CGA appointed by The RAF Club

CGA has been appointed to extend and improve the tannoy system at the prestigious Royal Air Force Club Piccadilly.  The tannoy system is key to delivering important messages to staff and members alike and forms an important part of the Club’s risk assessments.

The Members only club is a home away from home for Officers of the Royal Air Force and their families. Valued by Members as a distinguished landmark where traditions and camaraderie reign, the Club’s timeless elegance and atmosphere are complemented with fine dining, delightful accommodations, an exceptional library, Business Suite, Fitness Centre and special events where everything is designed to benefit all members.

CGA was part of the team working on the refurbishment of the Running Horse Tavern within the Club which re-opened this September. CGA very successfully delivered an extension to the existing club-wide tannoy system within the tavern, with speakers finished to RAL/Farrow & Ball colours to ensure that the visual impact of the new system is minimised whilst its functionality is not.

CGA is also carrying out a survey and upgrade of the existing tannoy system.  The upgrade will include the installation of a new digital processor which will allow messages to be stored digitally and replayed on demand, along with paging microphones to be located in key locations.

The new digital processor is the heart of a much larger system which will allow greater control and integration and will future proof the system.

CGA Integration ... Making hospitality sound great!
