CGA enhance Video Conferencing at Hyatt Regency London – The Churchill

CGA has returned to Hyatt Regency London – The Churchill to further enhance the video conferencing facilities in the ground floor meeting rooms, aligning all the smaller rooms.

All of the smaller meeting rooms now have full video conferencing functionality. Delegates can attend a room with their device (Windows or Mac) and connect via USB to have the whole room on their video conference. As the call is made from the client’s device, there is no special software to load, and the delegates’ private and sensitive information remains within their device and is not shared with the hotel. The system functionality connects the room speakers, microphones and cameras as standard computer peripherals. Each room is equipped with Ceiling speakers, microphones, a screen-top camera, and BYOD (wireless screen sharing). CGA has also delivered a number of invisible upgrades to ensure the best guest experience and system reliability.

Although many of the upgrades are not visible, it standardises the rooms, which gives the venue much greater flexibility in booking events and ensures a consistent guest experience.

The standardisation of every meeting room also improves ease of use for the team at the hotel and increases the power of the CGA real-time remote support as more devices are now visible.
