It was great to discuss the importance of music and sound with members of the Institute of Hospitality. CGA would like to thank everyone who participated in the Round Table we hosted at Strand Palace last week, it was really insightful.


Young professional members spoke about their experience with music and sound systems in their Hospitality venues; how they are key to increasing customer spend and improving customer retention, as well as influencing colleagues’ energy, mood and service pace.
