CGA work to establish sound credentials in Hyatt Regency London Blackfriars

CGA are pleased to announce that they have been working with Hyatt Regency London Blackfriars, as part of the refurbishment and rebranding of the hotel from Crowne Plaza London – The City, where CGA had also designed and installed much of the communal area AV.

Two new restaurant spaces have been added to the hotel on the upper ground floor with single and multi-zonal sound; the Chinese Cricket Club (one zone) and NYnLON with adjoining Regency Club (two zones).  CGA has ensured that the AV for each restaurant is touch panel controlled for ease of use and wired back to a central rack in the fire command centre behind Reception. All music sources are housed in this rack with a 5-channel Dante (networked) music source.

Music from this centralised rack now also feeds the new Fitness Centre speakers on Basement Level 2, the existing Lobby & City Lounge and there is also a feed down to the event’s reception area on Basement Level 1.

To make the best use of the existing QSC infrastructure, CGA relocated some processing from the downstairs Bridewell Suite Ballroom and Boardrooms to the ground floor rack, allowing full networked control of all public areas and events spaces.

CGA Integration ... Making hospitality sound great!
