Resolving & Re-imagining ideas for an enhanced guest experience

CGA are very pleased to have recently worked with General Manager & Director Michael Wood at Hempstead House Hotel, to improve the quality of the sound in the hotel’s Spa and Gym.

CGA responded to Michael’s post on LinkedIn, when he was looking for support with his spa sound system.  A site visit by a CGA engineer diagnosed and resolved the sound issues, through conducting a thorough test of the AV system and fitting of one of CGA’s ‘loan/exchange’ AV units.  CGA holds a range of amplifiers, mixers and common units to support our customers in this way.

CGA has subsequently returned to Hempstead House to further improve the delivery of sound for classes in the gym area.  After discussions and testing, a replacement sound mixer was fitted and labelled, and the AV system was further improved, by CGA removing redundant equipment from the rack and system.
