Challenges
The hotel remained open and fully trading throughout the renovation work and the addition of the new Spa. CGA had to ensure that their work schedule had minimum impact on hotel guests and fitted in with other contractors working on the wider refurbishment of the hotel as a whole.
Technical
CGA installed Evid ceiling speakers throughout, including in the spa treatment rooms, boutique, relaxation lounge and thermal area. A 75” monitor was installed in the Studio to enable Les Mills virtual classes to be transmitted to guests, with an iPad for individual instructor control. A centralised music system was also installed to provide audio throughout the spa.
